california ,one of the most liberal states in the union was the first big win for the gipper,its amazing to look back now and think ,how one conservative governer could get elected and relected and push through propisition 13 state tax role backs,can anyone tell me where reagans votes came from ? when all the large cities vote democratic,was there that many rural and suburban republicans in california ?
