[ QUOTE ]
MOVIE KILLING OUR TROOPS!
Urge Ashcroft to brand Michael Moore
what he really is -- traitor to America!
NOTE -- Send your petition by fax as well as email!
Look for your opportunity after signing this petition.
Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 is -- in a word -- treason! The movie fits the definition with its brazen betrayal of the United States of America that consciously and purposely acts to aid our enemies during war.
Some conservatives have laughed off the hatchet job on the Bush Presidency as just the flickering rants of a Hollywood madman. But Hezbollah gives it two thumbs up, way up, and the U.S.-hating world is gushing rave reviews like crude oil. It's a hit as terrorists say, "See, I told you so!"
More of our soldiers are dying as a result of Moore and his movie, and America is increasingly being threatened because of Moore's turncoat treachery. By falsely portraying our government in a negative light, as liars and manipulators, as well as our troops as baby killers and torturers, he incites blood-thirsty terrorists to strike at our homeland, our citizens and military personnel in an effort to weaken America's resolve to fight on to victory.
Free speech isn't free when it costs lives. This treasonous tactic of trying to win the White House by losing the war in Iraq must be stopped!
Here's your chance to demand U.S. Attorney John Ashcroft call Moore what he is -- a traitor guilty of treason against America!
Your signed petition will also go to House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist and Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert as well as your Congressmen.
The terrorists know they can't defeat the United States on the battlefield. Their only chance is at the ballot box by voting out the President who has successfully waged the war on terrorism since that dark day in September.
Let's make Moore an object lesson for those who would throw away all our soldiers have earned in Iraq for ill-gotten political and -- in Moore's case -- financial gain. Serve notice right now that those who knowingly aid America's avowed enemies by seeking to weaken our nation's war effort will be recognized and punished as traitors.
Tell A.G. Ashcroft to charge Michael Moore with treason, adding weight to your demand by having copies sent to congressional leaders. Act now to stop this treason!
Jon Alvarez
Founder of PABAAH.com
Patriotic Americans Boycotting Anti-American Hollywood
PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION!
Then email everyone you know!
To U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft:
(with copies to House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist and Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert as well as my Congressmen)
The definition of treason includes betrayal of the United States of America by consciously and purposely acting to aid our nation's enemies during war. As a signer of this petition, I demand a formal charge of treason be brought forward against movie director Michael Moore.
We are a nation at war with a barbaric enemy, an enemy who purposely targets the women and children as well as the innocent. We can no longer allow treasonous speech and action to be confused with free speech, which is only protected so far as it does not place the lives of others in danger.
Michael Moore's recently released film, "Fahrenheit 9/11", seeks to undermine our nation's morale during this current struggle and thus places all of us, as well as our brave soldiers, in harm's way. Michael Moore provides aid and comfort to our enemy by falsely portraying our government in a negative light, as liars and manipulators, as well as our troops as baby killers and torturers.
Director Michael Moore's film can only be seen as irresponsible, dangerous and thus a threat to our national security. How many more American captives will be executed as a result of Michael Moore's actions?
Michael Moore's anti-American propaganda, with its creative editing and blatant disregard for the truth, places the lives of our soldiers in harm's way by giving the false expectation to our enemy that America will no longer support the war on terror. Nothing could be further from the truth. American resolve in this war is steadfast.
Any weakness displayed by our country will only lead to a renewed vigor in the spirit of this barbaric enemy we seek to defeat. The American public will not allow Michael Moore and our domestic enemies to weaken the war effort. Nor will we allow these traitorous foes to bring our troops home under the dark cloud of shame and dishonor, as we allowed them to do during the Vietnam War.
Please, bring formal charges against Michael Moore. He has clearly stated it is his objective to bring down the Bush Presidency. His conspiracy theories, while debunked by his critics here at home, will be seen as factual and correct by our enemies abroad. We ask you do the right thing. All of our necks are on the line.
Sincerely,
DOUBLE YOUR PETITION'S IMPACT! FAX IT NOW!
Watch for your opportunity after signing this petition!

Rather humorous that you connect this movie to increased military deaths. Thats paramount to saying that for every chili dog i eat tonight I get 30 dollars. It's a movie. Get over it.
Sure, Moore stretches the truth. So does everyone who has a political stance. Anything can be spun to look worse or better than it is in reality. Give the man a break, and accept the fact that he can make a good, if partisan, movie.

Fine, perhaps you dont. Perhaps I don't. But Moore does. So Does Limbaugh. Bush does, Clinton did. People who have something to gain/lose stretch the truth. Pardon my poor phrasing of the initial statement.
And as far as F911 being a good movie, its a matter of opinion. I like his stuff. And before you accuse me of being a brain dead Moore worshiper, I don't accept his movies at face value. Watching his movies is always an excercise archeology. There are facts to be extracted, but you need to dig deeper than his biased statements.

Well, I don't buy the crap about signing a petition to have Ashcroft go after this miscreant. I don't believe that things like this are the appropriate way to go about this. It makes that cretin look like a martyr, which is what he wants, the more publicity, the more money.
The way to go about this is to protest at places where the fat flatulent one is speaking at, gather numbers to go into the auditorium, have someone film it and pepper the slob with common sense questions about the fiction he spews.
One of the funniest things I did was at the movies while a young man was discussing Michael Moore, before they went into the auditorium, I placed my book Michael Moore at eye level, and read it in front of them.
When the auditorium was open for the show, I placed myself stragically near the door, where everyone could see that I was reading the book Michael Moore is a Big Fat Stupid White Man.
Be creative, and I am sure if the fat flatulent one is really an agent for terrorists (which is possible), he will get busted in due course. After all, isn't Hezbollah promoting Fartenhype 911 in the Middle East?
And you all know how much I despise the fat flatulent one.

If you like his stuff then, yes, you are a brain dead Moore worshipper. And the amusing "disclaimer" that follows does nothing to deny the fact.
Never mind how deeply you dig in Moores' trashumentaries, you'll only find more lies and manipulation of facts.
Here is an article that really digs deep into Moore's films. And it was written by Christopher Hitchens, who is by no means a conservative. If you are honest in your claim that you are not a brain dead Moore worshipper, you should have enough of an open mind to read the article and accept it.
Unfairenheit 9/11 (http://slate.msn.com/id/2102723/)

I think trying to silence Moore is a mistake - it will only make more people interested in hearing what he has to say. F911 is a powerful movie - it's a nice counterbalance to the obscene quantity of right-wing media noise in this country.
