77-23, official roll call coming up soon, I think. I sure heard a lot of 'ayes'. Nays that I noticed were Kennedy, Leahy, Boxer, Wellstone, Graham.......and Lincoln Chafee. Hitliary voted 'aye'.

Well from the homestate of Massachusetts, I wasn't surprised that Teddy voted as he did. I was surprised that Kerry voted aye. Sounds to me that he is really thinking he might become president someday... NOT!!!!
