Last night I cooked "Kitty Enchiladas" for my sweet blonde and my two little blondettees. It was a recipe I learned in 1983 while stationed in Korea. At the time, since I was single, I lived in the dorm and did not have access to a conventional oven. All I had in the dorm room was a Microwave oven and a toaster oven. As a result we had to be more creative in our cooking. A couple of us experimented around and came up with this recipe:

1 lb of Sausage (I Use the HOT Varity)
2 small cans of Refried Beans
1 16oz Jar of Picante Salsa
1 Package of flour tortillas (The large Tortilla shells)

In the old days we would mix all the ingrediants together and Nuke them for about 45 minutes pulling them out and stirring every few minutes. If you have access to a stove, brown the sausage first. Then place the beans, sausage and salsa in a large bowl and Nuke. Pull the bowl out and stir every three to five minutes. This ensures that the ingrediants "Meld" together. After about 20 to 25 minutes in the Nukeamatic serve. Take one or two large spoons of the cooked product and place in the center of a floor tortilla. Roll up the tortilla and eat.
