express your opinions on this issue.
For several years, Levi Strauss & Co. has focused on empowering
youth to make social change on issues they care about. A leading
concern among youth is the increase in gun violence, which is
responsible for killing more American children than all natural
causes combined (11 children every day*).

PAX, a non-profit anti-violence organization, dedicated to the

This is a letter that levi co. sends back when written and asked about thier stance on gun control. I recieved some letters that people had written to them. One person wrote asking them if what they had heard was true or not and this was the reply. I wrote them as well and i got this same response. I hope all of you that take our right to bear arms seriously join with me if you buy any of thier products and start boycotting them. thank you to those of you that read this. Please send them a letter letting them know how you feel and perhaps list some facts for them. I did. who knows maybe we will enlighten them as to the importance of this amendment.

There is precious little information on "PAX's" website. I have a feeling that it is a heinous gun elimination organization. It was a bad place.

Nor for me. Never liked them much anyway. Like them less now.
Why is it so hard for some people to understand that guns don't kill, criminals do? I understand it and I'm no brain surgeon.

They also stopped funding the Scouts as they believe the fox should be in charge of the chicken house.
We should not only boycott them, but spread the word.

Been boycotting Levi Strauss for over ten years. They were one of the innovators of "partner" benefits. They have been espousing radical rights for fringe homosexual groups for years. They lack what I consider a "wholesome" image. I do not allow anything new from Levis to be purchased by my household. Pretty tough fight with an 18 year old daughter.

That is the reason i posted this was to help get the word spread. I have not gone to the pax websight as of yet but thanks for the info on it. I guess i will have to stomach it later and see what it has there. Please all spread this around and thank you those of you that are now boycotting them. I don't know when people will realize that it is criminals not the guns. My guess is one that someone before me wrote awhile back in a letter i read and that is perhaps they don't see it because they are afraid of thier own anger and that if they had a gun they would not be able to control themselves and rather than admit to that it is easier as it is with most liberals to place the blame on a inanimate object in this case or as it goes anyones fault but mine. I believe it is called RESPONSIBLITY and ACCOUNTABILITY gee what concepts.

Any time some organization babbles about ending gun violence, you can be sure the clowns are talking about law-abiding people giving up their weapons. Those money-hungry sleazes don't have the guts to fight the real criminals.

That statement seems to be a veiled suggestion that all homosexuals like to molest little boys.
I think that if the person is gay, without any record regarding sexual conduct then he shouldn't be turned down totally.
Rich Hatch has a kid, he's gay, we haven't heard stories about him molesting his kid.
Ignorance can be a dangerous thing in the wrong hands.

An unwarranted accusation maybe, but it misses the point. As a private organization, the Boy Scouts have the right to exclude blonde virgins if they see fit. Even without allegations of abuse, attempts to chastise private organizations for wanting to control their own membership is nothing more than an arrogant attempt at dictatorship.

Maggie, Thank you so much for spreading the word the more it gets out hopefully corp. will someday realize they have no business interferring in politics and the constution. Seems to me thier job would be better served conducting what thier business entails and leaving law abiding citizens alone. Rhino, i could not have said it any better than you did. Correct they are a private organization and should be able to include or exclude anyone they choose. Homosexualitly and gays have no business spreading what they choose to do behind closed doors. You do not see hetros. going around telling what they do or crying out to public about thier rights. You Gays out there maybe would be best if you quit your dang whining. No one cares what you do but when you try to push it on others then it becomes a real pain.
