I work with a Korean who has been teaching me Korean phrases. The Korean phrase for "Good Evening" is "Jo Un Ju Nyuk". That's what Curly used to say!! "Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk"! All of the slapping, hitting and poking was really sign language to communicate to the Chinese all of the information they were collecting while traveling the country making people laugh.

When I was in Germany at Boerfink bunker, there were three German maintenance guys that together looked a LOT like Moe, Curly, and Larry. They were always together, and spoke little English.

A buddy of mine and I managed to get them to say "Hello", "Hello", "Hello" (individually raising half an octave each), and then "Hello" (all together) whenever we saw them.

It was a riot whenever someone new was with me, and we passed them in the corridor.
