First, this looks either a spam mail to get you on more lists or it is just another company advertising their services in this era of mega-spam.

While there are some good services out there, there are a few things you can do yourself to keep spam out of your mailbox and your hard drive.

1) Get a good email client. I recommend Eudora (http://www.eudora.com), as it has a plethora of features, is very stable and offer good anti-spam protection. I have been using it for nearly 10 years and can vouch for it's reliability. It comes in Free, Sponsored (which is free) and Paid modes.

2) Get a good anti-spam tool. I use Mail Washer (http://www.mailwasher.net/) and it does a fine job of organzing your email on your ISP's mail server. You can set mails for deletion, blacklisting and acceptance. It is also comes in Free and Paid modes.

3) Do NOT use Outlook, period, as it has more holes in it then Madonna after a gangbang. Outlook itself is the #1 reason, outside of attachment-opening morons, that worms, trojans and viruses spread like wildfire. The fact that the email you posted said Elephant Outlook makes me wary.

I just saw this as an Ad on another forum--thought it was a Joke about Elephants--some sort of Tech humor.

Then I tried to read it and didn't understand what it was--something for a business it seems.

Nothing that I should be concerned about.

'Elephant Outlook'----way too High Tech for me.

I've got a Dell, Dude.
