Jesse Jackson Jr.: Time to Rally Behind Bush

Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. had a surprising message on Tuesday for Democrats who might prefer to continue grousing over last week's election.
"The election is over," the Illinois Democrat told WWRL Radio's Steve Malzberg and Karen Hunter. "George Bush is the next president of the United States. And we need to rally behind the commander in chief and move the government and the business of the people forward."

Distancing himself from the far left wing lunatics that have captured the democrat party, his father is one of them. Look for Hillary to have an extreme makeover in the next few years in preperation for `08. Might even see some pics of her leaving church with a Bible in her hand.

I don't think Senator Clinton will have a makeover--she is too beholden to the MoveOn.org/Michael Moore/George Soros crowd.

But expect a major movement by the likes of Senator Evan Bayh, Senator-elect Barak Obama, and Senator Ken Salazar to boot out the extreme Leftists in the Democratic Party. These three want the Democratic Party to return to its blue-collar roots, far away from the elitist base of the US East and West Coasts. :smash:

Ray I hope you are correct about Ken Salazar (D-CO). I did not get the impression that he was any different than the rest of the dems.
