You cook rabbits same as sea gulls. Put a rabbit, skin and all, on top of a brick and spread some sliced onions and lemon pepper all over both. Place in oven and bake for 6 hours at 350 degrees. After that, take the rabbit and the brick out. Throw away the rabbit and eat the brick.<!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

No, cooking bunny is the same as chicken. Get a small, 3 pound dressed weight New Zealand White and its exactly like chicken, only much lower fat and no skin to deal with.

I hate rabbits because I got bitten by one as a kid when I was feeding it. Also, they scratch all the time. Rabbits reproduce like crazy and wreck the eco-system. They are annoying characters on TV, like Bugs Bunny, Energizer Bunny, Peter Cottontail, etc. I do not object to eating to rabbits.

Actually, I live in Texas. I have never been to Alaska. I like ptarmigans because they are cute and cuddly.

Ahh yo entiende! I grew up about 30 miles from one the greatest bunny blasting areas known to man (Christmas Valley in Oregon). We used to spend hours and boxes of shells shooting jacks. Then we'd come back the next day and shoot the coyotes that were feeding on the dead jacks.

Whatever you do, eat the coyote, but not the jack. Coyote is healthier.

Yuck! A jack is technically NOT a rabbit but a hare.

Rabbits are born blind and hairless. Hares are born with full coats and eyes open. Hares are NOT good table fare, like eating rubber bands.
