A Top Ten List

This evening I was watching a special (that will be on every night this week) on TVLand about the 100 greatest television moments. I am always interested in "top # lists" for some reasons ... you know, the top movies of all time, top songs, top headlines, etc. Thought it would be fun to see what Freecers would rate their top #'s.

Top 10 Television Moments of All Time (up to now)

There have been so many, it's hard to compact them into 10, especially with so many "categories" -- news moments, entertainment moments, shocking moments, world-changing moments, etc. So feel free to pick a category, or in general.

I know I am going to leave some out, so we'll see what others have to say ...

You can shove JFK & Reagan both getting capped in there, but I'm fonder of when Larry Holmes jumped over the hood of a car karate style, leading with his leg into the guy who called his momma ugly. It was like some old Dolomite. Or better yet, when he split Cosell's lip wide open. Cosell didn't miss a beat, just like a metronome.
