Reverse Debate Board

I got this idea from liberalforum. Don't automatically reject it though. It's a fun idea! There should be a Reverse Debate Board! The conservatives would argue as liberals, and the liberals would argue as conservatives. It would be interesting.

Cannot think of a thing I would be able to debate FOR the dem's side on. Hmmm..the war? No, I fully support it. I can debate about reasons for war and maybe agree, but I believe this one is valid. Abortion? NOOOOOOOOOOO..big ole no one that one, you couldn't pay me to try to argue the pro-abortion side. Religion? As long as they support the ACLU taking God out of my child's school (still am glad it will not happen here in Ohio), I cannot discuss it reasonably without going back to that. Social Security? They all seem convinced it needs no fixing now that a republican is being serious about fixing it. I cannot argue their change of heart.

Bring up something I am iffy on though, I will be glad to debate either side :)

Okaaay... well obviously no one liked that idea... how about this: you can argue as liberals but you don't have to take it seriously. You can make fun of us. That's what most people do on liberalforum also. I suppose it is hard for anyone to argue for something that they disagree with without making fun of it.
