4. What was the best thing you ever cooked or baked?
I made a French dinner one time that turned out to be the best meal I've ever cooked. The three couples we had over also said it was one of the finest dinning experiences they had ever had.<O:p</O:p
<O:p</O:p
It was Chicken Bouden with a Watercress Sabayon sauce.<O:p</O:p
Basically it's Boneless Chicken Breasts pureed in a food processor with cream, brandy, eggs. This mixture is steamed into a loaf with Veggies in the center then it is put in the center of Brioche Bread dough and baked till done. You cut this loaf and drizzle the Sabayon sauce on the slices. For a Veggie we had asparagus in a sweet <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com /><st1:City w:st=Dijon mustard sauce. And for desert I made Grand Mariner Crème Brulee. This Meal used about 2 Quarts of cream and tons of Butter. We did shots of Lipitor after.<O:p</O:p
5. What is your favorite Dolly Parton song?
That's hard one I'll go with Coat of Many Colors. Dolly is really an amazing woman. <O:p</O:p
6. Tell us about something you heard about that was truly stupid (besides 59,000,000 people voting for sKerry).
That there are people out there that don't want me as a parent to know when my teenage Daughter is going to have an abortion. Huh??? Hello!
<O:p</O:p
7. What image do you use for your desktop?<O:p</O:p
My deck top at home has my Golden laying on her back covering her eyes with her paws.<O:p</O:p
My Work CPU has my backyard with my deck and waterfall and pond I put in by myself.
My Laptop has a picture of a monument of the great Baseball Player Micky Vernon seven-time all-star, 2 time American League batting champ U.S. Navy Vet.. And as the Monument says Role Model..Mentor</ST1:place...Great Guy... A Gentleman's Gentleman<O:p</O:p
