That is a sample of the District Court's decision in Bradshaw v. Unity Marine, 2001 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 8962 (S.D. Tex. 2001), authored by Judge Samuel B. Kent. Give yourself a treat and look it up. It is the funniest legal opinion I've read since 12 So. 2d 305.
