Earthquake Cake
This is delicious....made it this weekend for the first time.
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 box powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray
spread:
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
on bottom of pan.
Prepare german chocolate cake mix as directed. Pour over bottom mixture. Melt margarione and mix with cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Spoon cream cheese mixture by teaspoonfulls onto top of cake mix. Do not let cream cheese mixture touch top of pan. The cream cheese mixture will sink to the bottom, so don't worry too much about how it looks. Cook 50 minutes until done.
