I own trooppics.com, but haven't had the time to develop it. If anyone would like, I can transfer ownership to someone with the time to make it happen, no charge (that means free). I only ask that I have developmental input.

The idea for the site should be obvious: a place for our troops (past & present) to share images they've taken while serving us all.
