Al, many happy returns from a Valentine Baby to another! :wink:

I made myself a present and took the day off at the office. Jim took me to Boston for the weekend for an early celebration of both my bd and vd. He gave me a generous "green light" with the credit card and let me loose in the Copely Mall. Weeeee! What fun! That night, he took me to dinner to a great restaurant, the Top of the Hut, on the top floor of the Prudential Building, one of the tallest buildings in the city. Boston by night lay at our feet (the walls are all glass) and the food was delicious.

This morning he let me sleep in (another most appreciated gift) and when I woke up, the apartment was festooned in happy bd and vd signs and there were more gifts on the table. And tonight it's dinner out again. Yep, my hubby really knows how to celebrate a bd. :)

And now I get congrats from my dearest friends and comrades in arms. thank you again, you guys.

Thanks folks. 1 year older and not much smarter. Maggie I hope you have a delightful day my dear. My wife's Birthday was Saturday so we went out for dinner on Saturday. Today is just a regular day for me except I have to buy gifts for my wife. Having your Birthday on VD if you are a male isn't all that it's cracked up to be. You always have to get a gift for the wife or you are a jerk. Some of the most important things you must remember if you are a Husband is. 1. Whatever makes her happy makes you happy. The sooner you learn that one the happier you'll be. 2. Never forget gifts on her Birthday, Valentines day, Anniversary, Mothers day, Christmas. Because she won't Be happy and .....see #1. Gee I sound like a old codger.
