Can you get buffalo there? That is very lean but expensive, here ~$3.5/lb.
The problem with very lean meat is cooking can be tricky. Since the fat content is near zip, they tend to dry out too much if one is grilling a burger for example. However, if you add some moisture in the form of BBQ sauce to the meat, and maybe an egg as a binder the meat will still be moist yet cooked throughout.
