Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeee An award well deserved that's for sure. I can't think of anyone who deserves it more. You have been not only an outstanding conservative but an outstanding member of the Mod Squad. I'm so appreciative of your contributions to this site and to the conservative movement as a whole. You are truely as amazing as your sister Maggie T. Holy Canoli, what a shock Batman! Thank you so much. After the month I had, this really comes as quite a shock -- I cannot think of too many more peeps whose opinions I value, thoughts I ponder, and remarks I admire than ALL of you here at FC. To be even considered a tiny drop in this sea of magnificence is truly an honor.
To the other nominees I dedicate my award -- they are surely more worthy than I, and I will do all that I can to live up to their excellence!

Thank you. I know we don't always agree, but I am glad we can debate and still have respect for each other.

No, not really Czech, just soul-sisters. We find we have a lot in common, and I can truly say if I ever DID have a REAL sister, I would pray she would be like Maggie_T! (I do have a biological half-sister I never knew, but am not allowed to have contact with due to the bio-mom who rejects me).

I'm sorry to hear that you cannot even meet your sister. How old is she? If she's 18 can't you legally see her?

I have met her, and my bio-Mom -- even though she is 5 years younger than me, they live together, and my BM exerts a LOT of pressure on her. My 1/2 Sis does not have a car, a place of her own, or really even her own life. She is extremely over-weight (almost 400lbs the last time I saw her), and completely dependent upon my BM, who is a very bitter, angry woman. It really is sad, and breaks my heart. I pray for them all the time. It hurts the most when I think how much they are missing, as they have grandchildren / neice & nephew (my kids).
