If You Love Mushrooms

I know I have brought this up before, but morel mushrooms are worth their weight in gold. Anyway, it's now nearly time for these mushrooms to be in season and if you have the inkling, now is the time to order some. I found them for $33.00 lb. which is actually very cheap. They are well worth the price, and they are only in season early spring. I used to hunt them when I was very young and lived in northern Indiana. They commonly sell for $75.00 lb. Like I said, if you decide to purchase any, I'll be happy to give you my favorite recipes.

I think if you tried to sell them at DU you would sell a ton of them. I hear libs are into funny mushrooms.
