A decision came down today on the Church's motion for a stay against the City: Lions:0, Christians:1
Stay tuned. This one could be huge. BTW, the judge wrote a thirty-six page decision in which he cited cases from the 9th as useful in deciding. Not a bad idea, seeing as that's where the case is headed. We'll see if it works.
