Harvard Law School Stops Censoring U.S. Military

The elitist thought police at Harvard Law School have finally relented after more than a decade and will allow the U.S. military to recruit on their plush campus.

However, the ivory tower Ivy Leaguers aren't changing their policy because it's the right thing to do: They just don't want to lose $328 million in taxpayers' money.

"The Air Force demanded the law school change its policy by July 1 to comply with a 1996 law that was passed after complaints that some military recruiters were being kept off campuses. Otherwise, Harvard University could lose the 16 percent of its annual budget that comes from the government.

Darn it.

I would rather do without Ivey league officers, than to see my taxes go to funding 16% of Harvards budget.

Why cant we just sell Harvard back to the Indians for a few blankets?

We come out way ahead, promise.

Don't worry rglen we don't get the real soldiers from there. That's where the JAG and IG officers and such come from. No real gains or losses just dead weight! images/icons/tongue.gif images/icons/grin.gif

Suzie, LOL! So true!

This board has so much insight, heheh.

Can anything good come from the Ivey League anymore except for drunks and rapists?

I am still openminded on the subject.
