Seek Statewide Judicial Ban on Anyone Associated With Scouting

San Francisco Superior Court judges adopted a policy on July 11 prohibiting judges from associating with the Boy Scouts because of the Scouts’ policy of excluding homosexuals.
The action came months after the local bar association issued a resolution urging them to drop an exemption for "nonprofit youth organizations" from statewide ethical standards adopted for judges in 1995 that prohibit membership in groups that discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, "sexual orientation" and other categories.
The judges and commissioners said they would not belong to any group that "discriminates on the basis of sexual orientation by excluding members on the grounds that their sexual orientation renders them ‘unclean,’ ‘immoral,’ or ‘unfit,’" according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

(I'm probably behind the times on this one. It came out while I was on vacation.) Still... would a pedophile be considered "‘unclean,’ ‘immoral,’ or ‘unfit,’"? I mean, after all... that's just a sexual orientation!
