State Supreme Court upholds Florida death penalty law (http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/nationworld/orl-supreme102402,0,4543947.story?coll=orl%2Dhome%2Dhe adlines)
TALLAHASSEE -- The Florida Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the state's death penalty sentencing law is constitutional, even though it lets a judge overrule a jury's recommendation.
The court unanimously denied relief to two death row inmates who had appealed on the basis of a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that held Arizona's capital sentencing law unconstitutional because it allows a sentencing judge to find an aggravating circumstance necessary to impose the death penalty.
and down the page a bit King murdered Natalie Brady more than 25 years ago in Tarpon Springs. Bottoson killed Catherine Alexander almost 23 years ago in Eatonville.
come on folks 23 years and more then 25 years ago
is just to long too let the scum bags live give them 3 appeals and then strike up the band.
