if Michael schiavo was Terry's 'loving husband' then why is he going Literally OUT of his way to hurt the Schidlers here?

That is THEIR daughter! Their flesh and blood, after she died all legitimate authority over that girl died with her and Michael schiavo needs to be told to BUZZ off and let the schindlers mourn over their daughter.

This is just disgusting.

Someone needs to step in and let the schindlers bury their own daughter, who gave Michael schiavo ownership rights to their daughter? A marriage contract? something he hasnt upheld or honored for over TEN bloody years!!

I think Michael Schaivo is actively trying to see how many Americans he can make hate him. It's a crusade he's on to make more Americans hate him than they do Osama Bin Laden.

I believe the Schindler's should hold their own Memorial service for Terri where they want her buried. America will support Terri's real family. To hell with her ashes. That's not Terri. Her spirit will be where her "loved ones" are. If I were the Schindler's I would hold a Memorial service in Florida inviting everyone who supported her in life, allow the media to be there, allow Jesse Jackson and any other politicians who supported saving her and to hell with the prick. Terri will be at her family's service.

Brenda the Catholic Church where the Schindlers go to can let them hold their own memorial, as they did with my granma even though my grandma was already cremated and taken care of my local Catholic Church allowed us to have a memorial service in memory of my grandmother, replete with pictures, memorabilia and peeople to come to give tesimony to my grandmother's memory.

And a priest can officiate the Memorial mass for Terry as well, just as they did my grandmother.

Belive me it can be done.

They can and should hold their own and ignore Michael schiavo, since its apparently obvious he wishes to hurt them in the worst way possible the biggest thing they can do to truly piss off this control-freak is to ignore him completely.

And as you've eloquently said Terry's spirit is where her loved ones are at.

This is a good point.

Indeed, we need to send our condolences to the Schindler family, who has their email again?? It would be a very good idea to dedicate this weekend to sending them condolences, and if possible flowers, cards whatnot if possible.

Frankly, this comes as no shock. What I do find shocking, in fact abhorrant, is that this vermin had her family removed from the room as Terri expired.

I could puruse my thesaurus for words fitting to call this piece of filth; In fact, I can weave insults decadent enough to rise Shakespeare from the grave, but really why bother. Schaivo would probably take them as a compliment.

If I knew how to do morphs on the computer, I'd set one up to morph Peterson to Schiavo, back and forth.

I think he's already gotten away with it. I think the fix is in with the Medical Examiner.

I also don't think the ME is going to examine her for trauma as shown on the bone scans.

I agree with you. This coupled with the fact that he didn't think it "proper" for her family to be with her as she passed is his way of telling the world and the Schindlers they were right and he holds all the cards. He got away with murder and is rubbing all our faces in it.

The fix is in with the medical examiner who is going to be limited to examining the effects of brain damage only. Schiavo already has a court order preventing the Shindlers from having an independent autopsy.

The Shindler's are also having their own memorial service. I suspect that Michael Schiavo is going to spend the rest of his life evading the public. From now on whereever he goes and whatever he does, he's going to get grief from someone.

This is a travesty of justice if Michael schiavo is allowed to say what the medical examiner can or cannot do in his examinations, who the heck gave him the right to do this??

Nobody should be THAT Above the law?? The medical examiner should be able to examine the entire body not just the brain, this is obstruction of justice if I ever saw it and it should NOT be tolerated.

Is the Entire LEO and judicial system in Florida THAT corrupt??

What the hell gives with this???

Is justice THAT dead there?

That one man can literally dictate what the state medical examiner can and cant do in his job?

Who gave Michael schiavo that right?

Damn them!!

Why cant the schindlers get any freikin rights here??? :flame: :hissyfit:

After I heard that M. Schiavo forbade Terri's parents from being with her in her last moments, I felt so disgusted and sad, I almost broke down.

How could he do that? How can this man (term used loosely) sleep at night?

And then, the stupid, ever stupid, left comes and bleats about man being intrisically good and all the rest of the humanistic bullshit.

To think that this horrible monster is "in charge", the one who makes the decisions, is the ultimate straw. The more I hear about this sad case, the more I ... oh, what's the use. :sulk:

Wouldn't it be poetic justice that Michael should die the same death his wife did?

Ok. Ok. That was not Christian of me. Forgive me, Lord, but flesh is weak and I'm only human. :flame:

I do not hate Michael Schiavo, not anymore, nor am I angry either towards Michael schiavo.

I'll let GOD Take care of Michael Schiavo. God's perfect Justice will know just exactly how to handle Michael schiavo.

I must remember, even though Michael schiavo killed his wife, even though Michael schiavo is getting away with hiding his abuse, even though Michael schiavo is a mean-spirited person towards terry's parents, God will remember eveything thats been said and done by michael schiavo as well as his private thoughts.

Nobody lives forever.

Nobody; and that means Michael Schiavo too will eventually leave this mortal coil and he will end up in God's court and will face God's perfect justice, and will receive the same 'Mercy' as Michael schiavo dispensed in his life towards others.

This I must remember, this I must remember the Prayer Our Lord taught us:

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our tresspasses as we forgive those who tresspass against us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil. Amen.

I told you guys about Everett Rice. He was the sheriff responsible for investigating what happened that night. The paramedics found Terri and found signs of strangulation. They made a referral. Minimal inquiries were made and then it was dropped.... apparently swept under the carpet.

Anyhoo, Rice is one of Greer's best friends for twenty years. He helped re-elect Greer, including using department time and equipment to do it. Rice got elected to the state senate (or house....I forget which now). Four days before he left office as sheriff to go to the legislature, Rice hired Schiavo to run the jail nursing staff. Rice's work in the legislature against Terri's interests is another chapter.

You're a better person than I, Rink. I cannot say I hate Michael ... or rather, I shouldn't say it. I'm a Christian and he's not worth jeopardizing my soul for.

But I DETEST all he's done to Terri and her poor family. And the fact that he did not allow her parents next to Terri's death bed, after all he put them through, still sends me through the roof. No, really. It makes me kick-furniture-to-splinters mad. Jim gives me a wide berth when I start ranting about that.

He should at least pretend to be half the man he thinks he is and let the family go to the funeral.

His cruelty is beyond anything I can stomach. It stinks of personal vendetta, and how can anyone blame me for thinking so?:flame:

Schiavo's a coward. No man treats a woman like this or her family.

"He should at least pretend to be half the man he thinks he is and let the family go to the funeral"

This is what is going to bring him shame in public, at work, wherever he goes. He'll even get it from people who haven't bothered to follow the true facts of this misacarriage of justice, including the brain-dead out there who think she was brain-dead, and have no other reason to despise him. That one fact alone will do it.

Dear maggie there's nothing wrong with detesting what this man is doing to the schindler family.

In fact remember the Beatitudes?

Christ's sermon upon the mount. The eight beatitudes.

1 And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain, and when he was set down, his disciples came unto him.

2 And opening his mouth he taught them, saying:

3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

4 Blessed are the meek: for they shall possess the land.

5 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

6 Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after justice: for they shall have their fill.

7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

8 Blessed are the clean of heart: they shall see God.

9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

10 Blessed are they that suffer persecution for justice' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

11 Blessed are ye when they shall revile you, and persecute you, and speak all that is evil against you, untruly, for my sake:

12 Be glad and rejoice for your reward is very great in heaven. For so they persecuted the prophets that were before you.

This one will be for those of us who hunger and thirst for justice: 6 Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after justice: for they shall have their fill.

We haven't been angry at W about it, but I think Jeb should have gotten a handle on this long ago and appointed a special investigator to do a grand jury investigation or turned the whole shooting match over to the Dept. of Justice. This case didn't develop overnight. The travesty of these court hearings took place on his watch. There's also a problem with Charlie Crist, the FL AG, a Republican who wants to be governor) and he may be looking at some fallout if the truith ever comes out, but it won't. The District 6 ME is going to make it all right and fine for them.

RuffhouseFarm

If you would read the link you would understand it all and why I said what I said about this being on Jeb's watch. The only thing that didn't happen on his watch was Rice's original willful failure to investigate. But the court proceedings and numerous other failures to investigate did. He also signed the law that defined feeding tubes as "medical treatment", which was critical to getting her killed. I'm not saying he did that knowing it would kill Terri. He may not have even heard of Terri at that point. But when this case really started heating up in 2000 just after that was signed into law and all the critical judicial irregularities and state agency failures and court documents began hitting the fan from then through 2002, he should have stepped in and had an outside prosecutor investigate because that's when the bone scans became known and still the state refused to investigate (Charlie Crist himself). And if he didn't do at that time, he surely should have done it by mid-2003 when he became involved in the case.

I say to hell with Michael Schaivo and Terri's family hold their own funeral. Piss on Michael. The country will support Terri's family.

The Schindlers are welcome to come if they promise to leave the circus at home. Can you blame the Schiavos?

Y'all are being played like a cheap fiddle.

Here's an interesting email I got today:

1) Jeb Bush, George W. Bush, and Tom Delay are all qualified neurologists.

2) 22 successive court battles that all ended in exactly the same way means there is something wrong with the courts, not the Schindler's case.

3) Michael Schiavo is after money which is why he turned down 1 million dollars and 10 million dollars to sign over guardianship.

3a - corollary) Michael Schiavo wants to go off and live the life of a wild playboy, which is why he's spending every waking moment by Terri's bedside.

4) Congress and the State Legislature of Florida has nothing better to do than pry into the private medical affairs of others.

5) Pulling life support is bad in Florida when authorized by the legal next-of-kin, but pulling life support is good in Texas when you run out of money and the mother pleads not to pull the plug on her baby.

5a - corollary) Dying white women deserve special legislation to keep them alive. Dying black babies don't.

6) Medical diagnoses are best performed by watching highly edited videotape made by Randall Terry rather than in person by trained physicians.

7) Minimum wage-making nursing assistants are more qualified to diagnose a persistent vegetative state than experienced neurologists.

8) Cerebral spinal fluid is a magical potion that can mimic the entire functions of a missing cerebral cortex.

9) 15 years in the same persistent state is not really enough time to make an accurate diagnosis.

10) A feeding tube that infuses yellow nutritional goop is not really "life support".

11) Jesus was wrong when he said that a man and woman should leave their parents and cleave only to each other.

12) Marriage is the most sacred of all unions, except when it isn't.

13) Interfering in a family's private tragedy is a great reason to cut short a vacation, but getting a memo that warns a known terrorist is determined to strike inside the US isn't.

14) Right wing pro-lifers are the most compassionate people on Earth ... which is why they are hoping that Michael Schiavo dies a horrible painful death, and in some cases, robbing gun stores or offering money online to make sure it happens.

15) The Supreme Court of the United States and the State Supreme Court of Florida mean "Maybe" when they are saying "No!".

16) Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is a bleeding heart liberal.

17) 7 Supreme Court Justices were appointed by Republican presidents, so it's Clinton's fault.

18) A judge who makes rulings based on the law is obviously an atheist, liberal, Democratic activist even though he is a conservative, Republican, Southern Baptist.

19) Getting nominated for a Nobel Prize involves merely the recommendation of an American politician.

20) Terri's parents were so overwhelmed that Terri tried to tell them, on March 15, that "I waaaaaant to live," that they somehow forgot to mention it to the courts until they filed a brief ten days later.

RuffhouseFarm

I can blame them for Terri's death, yes. I can't blame them for not wanting cameras at Terri's funeral. They don't want to be caught on film high-fiving each other, laughing their ashes off and pissing on Terri's grave, so I'd agree with you.
