Link Exchange?

Links that point to your website (http://www.ifocusnews.com/) mean a great deal in how it ranks in Google. I've been working around the clock on my 'on-page' optimization features, and now need to start focusing on my 'off-page' ones.

Would anyone here that owns a website or blog be interested in a link exchange?
