Anybody know what the upshot was of the Martha Stewart scandal? I saw a blurb on one of the finance shows indicating her stock is up and has been slowly improving the last couple of weeks. Is she off the hook over the Imclone (sp?) thing?

Maybe, maybe not. It's up to the SEC and prosecutors where it goes from here.

Okay, I'll give 40% odds nothing else happens. 40% odds she'll pay some kind of fine, and 10% odds she gets criminal prosecution.
