HTML works in some posts and not others?

I seen where Atomic had used h2 font in a post. In the very next one I tried it and it didn't work for me. Whassup?

The reason is because just above your little posting window to the left is a drop down list titled, "Make a post". That list has your options on how you want the board to read your UBBCode and HTML.

The default is just UBBCode, so if you want both, you'll have to select that. I don't think the option is available in an edit, just the initial post.
