On June 9 the Washington Times published a story by Bill Gertz titled Analysts Missed Chinese Buildup. When root assumptions are wrong, basic information will be processed incorrectly. According to Gertz, a “highly classified intelligence report” has concluded that American intelligence missed “several key developments in China in the past decade.” Of course, U.S. intelligence has missed the entire context of the controlled changes in Eastern Europe, the economic strategy of China, the transformation of Venezuela into a hostile beachhead, the shifting of mineral rich South Africa from the capitalist camp to the socialist camp, the arming of rogue dictators by Russia and China (who are bound by a “friendship treaty” that amounts to a military alliance). These items are parts in a larger whole, even if American analysts refuse to see a work in progress.

China’s war preparations are deliberate, and the implications should not be passed over lightly. China is a highly secretive country, like all communist countries. The objective of communism is world revolution, the overthrow of global capitalism, the destruction of the free market, the elimination of the international bourgeoisie and the disarming of the United States. We should be puzzled, indeed, if Chinese policy did not follow the communist line (however deviously). Given all this, it is difficult to account for the dismissive attitude of U.S. intelligence experts when regarding Chinese intentions. The China problem is a serious one. “The people … of the countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America should unite,” said Chairman Mao in 1964. “The people of all continents should unite … and so form the broadest united front to oppose the U.S. imperialist policies of aggression and war and to defend world peace.”

In terms of today’s peace movement, Mao’s sentiments are up-to-date. They are, I think, a founding inspiration. The supposed “death of communism” may have eliminated a few soiled terms, but not the main idea. The label on old hatreds may be changed, but the content remains the same. And because America is asleep, and the market is buzzing with Chinese goods, the U.S. government has turned a blind eye. The truth about China is worse than inconvenient. It is painful. So a special context has been devised for dismissing inconvenient facts. This context is inculcated at graduate schools, think tanks and in government. The context for understanding international affairs must not admit the existence of a coordinated, secretive and dangerous combination of countries motivated to overthrow the United States. In other words, the existence of a “communist bloc” cannot be admitted. And China’s role within this bloc – above all – must be rated as a “crackpot notion.” And yet, the existence of something identical to the old communist bloc – whatever we choose to call it – is indicated by actions across the board by Russia, the East European satellite countries, North Korea, Vietnam, Cuba and China.

The CCP Is Willing to Attack Taiwan and Implement Fascism to Protect Its Political Power

http://www.theepochtimes.com/news/5-7-2/30006.html

Professor Yuan Hongbing, a well-known jurist, made a speech during a rally supporting Mr. Chen and Mr. Hao’s withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in Sydney, Australia. He said that drawing Australia into its political camp is part of the CCP’s long-term global political strategy. The CCP is preparing to declare war on Taiwan in 2012, so that it can step into an overtly Fascist (1) state in order to solve the comprehensive crises it is facing today.

The Timetable of the Entire Fascist Strategy

Professor Yuan stated that the CCP’s entire Fascist strategy would proceed through the following stages:

1. Before the 2008 Olympic Games

During this period of time, the CCP primarily proposes to instigate and propel nationalism. At the same time, it will try hard to ensure a relatively stable social climate and maintain the present state so that it can push fanatical nationalism to a climax using the competitive environment of the Olympic Games.

2. For Two Years After the 2008 Olympic Games

The CCP will eliminate opposing voices inside its system. The CCP will solve its political crisis through severe political pressure. It will comprehensively oppress opposing groups, defined by the CCP as Falun Gong, political dissidents, and underground Christians.

3. Declare War Against Taiwan before 2012

The CCP intends to declare war against Taiwan before the 18th National People’s Congress in 2012. Once it declares war, it can move the country into a state of emergency. The CCP believes that only by declaring a state of emergency can its social, political, and financial crises be solved.

Professor Yuan said that because the CCP passed the Anti-secession Law in March, it incurred an intense response from the international community. The European Union stopped discussions about lifting the ban on sales of military equipment to China. Many observers did not understand why the CCP would commit such a foolish act. In fact, it is not a foolish act, but an intentional strategy. Professor Yuan also revealed that the CCP plans to pass the Emergent State Act this year. It is also part of the comprehensive Fascist strategy as is the Anti-secession Law.

This long range plan is just what the Red Chinese are best at. They are gearing up while we shove more to them. Want our industry? OK want some computer and oil assets? Great!

Oh..wait..we dont want you to invade Taiwan.

Anyone paying attention can see that strategically speaking, the Red Chinese are attempting to surround us with military installations. Northern South America, the Caribbean Sea, the Panama Canal, and deep-water seaports in Canada have become Chinese forward positions.

What concerns me is the degree of decadence in Western civilization. I do not refer to moral decadence (although that, too, is a very serious, and linked, problem). I mean the tendency of too many to be complacent about genuine threats to our future, and to undermine and attack those who fight to protect us. Recent years remind me too much of past empires in decline: Rome, Spain, Britain.

A narrow majority of the public supports our actions in the Mideast following multiple attacks by Islamic Fascists and murderers, the worst of which killed more people than did the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. But a large percentage of the population shows more support for the Ward Churchills and ACLU-types who actively undermine our efforts.

Europe's public is completely self-satisfied and asleep; and their governments are diplomatically destructive and militarily almost irrelevant.

I think we will eventually defang the Islamic threat, but it will be a close call.

The Chinese are much smarter, and much more dangerous. I have grave worries here. I worry whether the American people are prepared to deal with such a foe, and whether we will have political leaders with the right temprament to deal appropriately with China now, and as the threat grows.
