OK, not to make the families' suffering any less but COME ON! I keep seeing the guns sprout legs and run off to shoot someone. Hey, some bits and pieces of a bomb flew together, planted itself under my dad's car and blasted him to his death 11 days later. Yeah I think I should sue the bomb manufacturers. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif Really makes a lot of sense!

Sniper Victims' Families Sue Gunmaker

SEATTLE - Relatives of two Washington, D.C.-area sniper victims on Thursday sued a gun manufacturer and store linked to the Bushmaster XM15 assault rifle used in the deadly attacks.

The family members of James "Sonny" Buchanan and Conrad Johnson claim the gunmaker and store showed "gross negligence" that caused injuries and death, according to the complaint. The relatives are represented by the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence.

It's called the "deepest pockets disease"(DPD). An affliction usually transmitted by persons known to practice law.
Relief can usually be obtained by throwing huge amounts of money at the afflicted. Oddly enough, if you throw enough of this money at them, not only are the afflicted cured, but the afflicted share some of it with the one who transmitted the disease in the first place, and he/she is cured too!
