There weren't that many, hmmm, BBS or Internet, damn, just aged myself again...

I think it was a gaming site, not sure...

I think it was a Schwinn, gold with a Banana seat.. LOL aged myself again.

15, and it was AWFUL!!!

:moo: Yes. I was using the Hoyle® card-game disk, playing bridge. I was playing partners with Maxwell, opposite Heidi & Kate. I was surprised when Maxwell bid 7 hearts. Kate could have sunk my slam by leading a diamond, since Heidi had the ace. When she failed to do so, I had the chance to discard my singleton king, & Maxwell's singleton jack, making 7 hearts, doubled.

7. Do you have any trophies, & if so, what for?

:moo: Second place in the Barksdale AFB chess tournament.

8. Do you prefer golf, or putt-putt?

:moo: Putt-putt. It's got to be easiër than totin' those heavy clubs around.

1. What was the first CD you ever bought? I think it was something rap-ish. I know, I know, but that was so long ago.
2. When you first got internet, what was the first website you visited? Sadly, I finally logged into online banking. I spent a while there then learned how to use MS Money and spent forever doing that. Goodness I am/was a geek!
3. What brand was your first bicycle? Probably Schwinn, although I was 5 and I really have no idea. almost 30 years ago..sheesh.
4. How old were you, when you went on your first date? I was 14 and went to prom with a 17 year old (yes I was young in school, youngest in the class). Not so fun, too young for that environment (well for standards back then)
5. What is your favorite Kenny Rogers song? That Islands in the Stream with Dolly. Just because you cannot hear that song without laughing about the Dolly references ..lol. And that "know when to hold em" song..
6. Have you ever scored a grand slam? Not in baseball, but now that LP mentions cards, I have done so in a card sorta way in euchre.
7. Do you have any trophies, & if so, what for? Don't have them because I never kept em. Used to have ones for softball and track though.
8. Do you prefer golf, or putt-putt? I am just as bad at both, although my golf could use more work than my puttputt. And you can't drive a golf cart around a puttputt course.<!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

The first one I ever bought for ME (and not one of the kids or my father) was "Shock'n Y'all" by Toby Keith.

Is a search engine considered a website? The first net address I typed in was Alta Vista (if my memory serves me correctly).

Never even paid any attention, but I'm sure it must have been a Schwinn -- I really wasn't much of a bike person though, I had a pair of metal wheel roller skates, now THAT was my kind of transportation!

4. How old were you, when you went on your first date?
Sadly, 13 -- and I do so regret the whole thing. I should have NEVER been allowed to date at that young an age.

Right now I am in college going for a paralegal degree, and working full time at a law firm, so i'm busier than a one-legged man in a fanny-kicking contest. I am trying to keep my grades up to go to law school after my bachelor's is up so I've been concentrating on that. I do pop-in to Suzie's board since I admin there but for the most part, school is 99 percent of my time.

I am proud of my trophy for first place in the Houston-Galveston Diocesan One-Act Play for the CYO Cultural Competition. Our parish put on a commedia dell'arte reenactment of Pinocchio. I played the part of the Fool. No uncharitable comparisons, now, if you please.

My guess is they suck equally. Give me a book and a quiet place, and LEAVE ME ALONE!!!
