The Supreme Court just agreed to hear two more fairly major cases today. It seems to me that the High Court has accepted an unusually high number of major cases at this point in the term. With campaign finance reform most likely coming to the High Court very soon, I would have thought they might have wanted not to decide all of these issues at this time. Therefore, I have a few questions for y'all. Who is stepping down after this term? Will the Court release some decisions in July, instead of the usual practice of releasing all decisions by June?
