CONCORD, N.H. - <?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = AT /><AT:CLASS></AT:CLASS>The attorney general's office will not appeal a ruling that dismissed trespassing charges against a group of illegal immigrants arrested by two police chiefs who said they were frustrated by lax federal enforcement.

<AT:CLASS></AT:CLASS>Attorney General Kelly Ayotte has written to the state's police chiefs, saying her office will not appeal and instructing them not to use the trespassing law to take undocumented immigrants off the street.

By this ruling, a judge has said that ONLY feds can enforce Immigration laws. Local law has to deal with it.

The fed won't uphold its constitutional responsibility, and won't allow states to then take up the slack. Sounds like a conspiracy to me, perhaps the people need one of their own.

No boys and girls... We were duped during the elections... If the Feds wont be responsible then we need to replace the population in Washington with representatives who will uphold the law...

This whole immigration problem could be a blessing in disguise... This is what happens when the people stop taking responsibility for their own government... We have been losing control of OUR government for years... Maybe this will wake up America to take responsibility for WHO they send to Washington...

Its time we stopped sending lawyers and professional politicians and started sending farmers and small businessmen and common citizens - People with the courage and moral fortitude to put the welfare of American citizens first...
