Are these just slush piles? Vanity wastebaskets? Weighed and measured for quantitative purposes and then tossed?
Do any of these links have specific persons, names under which more further and direct force could be applied?
Sometimes you have to trick 'em in order for them to actually be read and God forbid, pondered.

TW's list of email addys go to specific departments, where readers scan through the "slush pile" (I see you've dealt with publishers) for the small core of messages that merit further consideration.
The ones I listed are just main entrances. One can't explore the building from the outside. Links to specific persons can usually be found on the websites via a "Site Map" that links to a Contacts page. If they're not, they're unlikely to be found elsewhere.
Speaking of which, over the years you've doubtless accumulated an address book of useful contacts that would be quite useful here, if y'all would care to share 'em.

I have always heard that if you want to make sure someone sees your snail mail letter is to put a dollar in there. I guess they have to send it back so therefore it gives your letter a better chance of being read. I don't know if this works or not because the politicians I usually write too are the ones I wouldn't even give a squirt of piss too, much less a dollar.
