Hi, everyone.
I disdovered this site a few days ago when the only other place I have ever conversed on the web irritated me so much that I had to leave. It suddenly occured to me that if there was a website with strong liberal leanings (although BookCrossing is not nominally *political*, BC members are predominantly lefties), there must be some that lean right!
So here I am, and if I have erred by starting a thread before responding to one, I hope you will chalk it up to youthful enthusiasm.
Hoping to make new friends, I - - - Sally Fourth.

Welcome to FreeConservatives. Have a look around, and be sure to visit all the forums and peruse the threads! Don't forget to check out the board FAQ's ( FreeConservatives - FAQ (http://www.freeconservatives.com/vb/faq.php?) ) and POLICY ( FreeConservatives - Policy (http://www.freeconservatives.com/index.php?page=policy) ), and you'll be up to speed. You may want to review some of the posts of more senior members (post count is a good indication as to who is a "senior" member) to get a feel for their posting style(s). We don't all always agree, but we're USUALLY pretty genial (if you're not a troll or extreme leftie).
I look forward to reading your posts! Happy posting, and
Many Blessings,
Hms

Hi there from another Newbie.
I too was on another site, pretty much taken over by extreme left wing liberals, I know how intimidating it can be! Every time you try to put in your point of view they jump all over you. They seem to be very fond of words like nazi, republiscum, etc and the whole left wing agenda is just to bash bush nothing else. So Sally, welcome, like you Im, glad we found this oasis.
