I caught a few minutes of that game. It looked as if Denver was making a comeback early in the 4th quarter after their score made it a 10-point ball game.

Next thing I knew, ol' Gus connects with a receiver who was being covered by a Denver defender who had been out with leg cramps. Not very sporting, but I don't blame Miami for exploiting a wekness like that. I kinda blame Denver for not having a fresh body in there to replace the cramping dude.

I kinda blame the Mastermind for not being ready for the game. The Broncos are 0-7 in Miami, not a stellar record for Mike. They'll use the heat and humidity as a lame excuse for not executing!

At least the `Boys beat the Bolts!

I don't even get to see them play, I get Cinci/cleveland or Green Bay, or Minn. For some reason. So I have no idea how the game went. Did Anderson even play, I have him on my FF league and it appears he stopped playing 5 mins into the game. And Leleigh didn't catch a thing it seems??

Why Denver ever signed Jake Plummer I will never know. He was horrible in Arizona and isn't much better in Denver. But since the Broncos are in the same division as my beloved Chiefs, I hope they keep him. Makes beating them easier!

The Chefs(hehe) won yesterday and sit alone at the top of the division. But they beat the Jest or the Jets beat themselves with the 8 fumbles and one pick. The Chefs have some great running backs and have a good game plan. The Jets have squat!

Dolphins played a sound game, not to mention the NFL's best record for season openers. That was a tough draw for Denver, and Miami's defense makes allot of QB's look bad.

Chins up, gotta long way to go yet, and it's the last half of the season that's most important, so long as you don't completely screw the pooch in the first...
