It was Saturday night at Big Mike's Bar and Grill. Big Mike, who was a Mafioso-owner, had just hired a new piano player. He walked up to the player and asked him, "Hey. I want you to play "Strangers in the Night" for me. I'll do the singin'."
The piano player said, "Sure, Big Mike. Anything for you!"
Big Mike then said, "I want you to play it in 5/4 time."
The piano player sputtered, "B-b-but Big Mike, "Strangers in the Night" isn't in 5/4 time. I don't know if I can play it that way."
Big Mike replied, "Need I remind you who is paying you?"
Big Mike grabbed the microphone. The piano player paled and started to play. Big Mike began singing... "Strangers in the fµckin' night..."
