Giuliani: Next Year I Will Consider Presidential Run
http://www.freeconservatives.com/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=683&stc=1

COPENHAGEN, Denmark — Former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani said Sunday he will contemplate next year whether to run for president in 2008. "I will be considering it next year," Giuliani said during a visit to Denmark. But he added that playing with the idea of running for the Republican nomination for president did not mean he would actually do it.

10/05/05 FOX Poll: Rudy in 2008? Giuliani Tops 'Strong Leader' List
NEW YORK — After the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center then New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was commonly referred to as "America’s Mayor." The latest FOX News poll finds that many Americans remember Giuliani's leadership in a time of crisis and rate him higher than several other potential 2008 presidential contenders as a "strong and decisive leader." In addition to candidate attributes, the new poll also looks at some possible presidential matchups for the next election.

That pic is awesome. Giuliani was in the right spot at the right time. Not to denigrate his post 9/11 leadership too much, but I think due to the overwhelming circumstances he was destined to become a revered "father figure" type no matter what.

his 911 speech was good . fact remains he was only a mayor not a senator or a congressman or a Govenor so his qualification for president is low and when bush nominated his security chief for Homeland security it turned out Kerik hired a illegal alien to be his house keeper and his taxes were a bit suspicous and mafia connection rumors surfaced .

Elephants, Rhinos, bah..

As mainstream Republicans continue their slow drift from Conservativism, it's growing more and more clear that we need to return to a Real American mascot:

i never meant that he is , if you werent blind you would notice that i put him a tad left of santorum but still a good Elephant . besides i couldnt find anyone to put in that spot so i went with Allen because santorum seems more conservative (allen is the one that told bush to talk to cindy boohan) . Santorum hasnt jumped sides on any issue but since you have an anti-catholic Bias like the LAtimes and NYtimes you dont notice it .
so let me guess you think mccaine is a conservative because he ain't catholic ?

No, Elgalad, like me, is a fan of former president Theodore Roosevelt, who created the Bull Moose Party to run against Woodrow Wilson in 1912 as the GOP wouldn't give him the nomination over then president William Howard Taft, whom Teddy was very upset with.

He obviously didn't win but his party did finish ahead of the GOP.
