Hello all,

My father-in-law passed away several weeks ago. After the funeral, my mother-in-law decided to sell the house and move to a smaller house. The house sold in two days and it fell to me to manage the move because she decided to......move close to us! Oh, joy! It was quite stressful, to say the least, but it's finished. We found a smaller house quickly that she liked, or so she said, but she's done nothing but bellyache about it from the minute the ink was dry on the paperwork.

My father-in-law was a dear man and I loved him very much, so I just bite my tongue (it's pretty much just a shred of raw meat at this point) as to the rest, in honor of his memory.

Anyway, that's where I've been - too busy and too tired to hang out. I hope you all are well. I see quite a stir over the Miers nomination.

Yeesh.

What Jag said!
We have my MIL Living with us. It's much harder for my wife than it is for me. Good luck with it and don't let her get to you.

Sorry for your loss, Venus.

Count your blessings.

If my MIL ever moved in with us, it would be WWIII between my wife and her mom. MIL is a DEVOUT liberal. My wife can't talk to her for more than 5 minutes before they start shouting at each other about politics.

Venus,
My prayers are with you at this difficult time. I am so very sorry for your loss. Words aren't adequate, but they are offered heartfelt.

I pray the Lord's blessings upon you for your willingness to deal with an undesirable situation. You will be recognized for your selfless actions, I'm sure. You are a person of character and strength, which is probably why the Lord allowed this task. Yahweh, be merciful and kind, give grace and patience where necessary, and fill her cup with peace as she deals with this.

Bless You,
Hms

Sorry for your loss, Venus.

My father-in-law died some years ago. He was such a great character, and he gave his heart to the Lord just before he died.

My mother-in-law is GREAT. She is a dear soul and a sister in the Lord, too.

Couldn't ask for more in a mother-in-law.

So my condolences to you on that score, as well.
