Remember all the archery movies from the 50s, Robin Hood, Ivanhoe and what not? The guy who did al the shooting for those films was named Howard Hill, and Tembo is one of his own movies about archery, and we're talking about a major-league sort of an African safari back in the early fifties when Ike was president, and a fifty-year-old white guy going into the bush after some of the most dangerous creatures on the face of the fricking earth with a 100-lb. longbow in his hands and no backup of any sort other than cameras, and the guys with the cameras were WAY back and up in trees.
Bruce Lee in his dreams wouldn't be caught dead doing anything like that; this is a martial arts film which is beyond anything you've ever seen.
