As usual my mother and I got into a fight. This one became physical- so I am out of the house. Its a mixed blessing but at least I have my freedom even if I have no job or a place to live. I am staying with my aunt for the time being. I have to find a job and apartment in a week so please pray for me.

You will do fine, Prez. Keep your head up, be confident and don't be afraid to make a few mistakes along the way. It's how we learn.

There are lists of available housing at the local DSHS (Department of Social and Health Services) Also try the local Social Security office which may be able to help you.

Thanks guys. One of my friends suggested that I apply for section 8; but my cousin's fiance applied almost two years ago and she is number 42,5??( and she has a kid) . So Being as time is of the essence I doubt the government can help me here.

One of the things I always told my kids is to always save some money each month, for something that could come up. It's like talking to a brick wall most of the time, but one of my sons finally saw the light. His next stop is a house for him and his family. HINT-- Save, save, and save.

Try your local Workfirst program. They will help with a job, and most anything else. Also, check your local Salvation Army. Help is out there, don't be proud, use it.
