What are your state issues for Tuesday's ballot? There is a massive issue here in Ohio, to "Reform Ohio" which will definitely do that if passed, but in a negative way. I guess there are some who are sick of this being a conservative state and wish to take that away from us. There are 5 issues (numbered 1 thru 5 on the ballot) which may pass. These will almost ensure that there is more of a democrat, anti-Christian, pro-death, pro-homo marriage presence in our state government positions. I don't know how much of a chance these issues have of passing but I am slightly worried after hearing the ads. One of the ads makes it a race issue by mentioning that there is only one black state congressman in Ohio and says "you and I (who is the you this senator is referring to, I have no idea) may not be able to afford $10,000 to give to a political organization or candidate, but many replublicans do." They are specifically saying they want to take state control away from republicans because we have money? what??? Also:

Dear Friend of Christian Coalition of Ohio:
>
> Alert: VOTE TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8TH & VOTE NO ON ISSUES 1 - 5
>
> The Christian Coalition of Ohio, along with other pro-life,
pro-family
groups, has taken a position opposing these ballot issues. It is
important
to note that 49% of the petition circulators that put
> Issues 2 - 5 on the ballot were people from outside the State of Ohio
(paid circulators). It is also important to note that organizations
such as
Planned Parenthood - the nation's largest abortion provider, People for
the
American Way, moveon.org, Stonewall Democrats - a homosexual activist
group,
and other left-wing organizations have endorsed these measures.
>
> 93% of the funding of these ballot measures has come from outside the
State of Ohio.
>
> What is extremely alarming is that outside interests are seeking to
re-tool Ohio election laws that would make changes to our State
Constitution
that would be hard to overturn. In last year's elections, Ohio's Values
Voters spoke loud and clear by passing a constitutional amendment
defining
marriage as between a man and a woman, and elected conservatives to
office
who uphold the values of faith and family in greater number. People of
faith
have had a great impact on recent elections, and there are those who
would
like to reverse that trend with the passage of these amendments.
>
> Issue One contains Governor Taft's Third Frontier program, which
would
fund the biomedical research firms conducting human embryo
experimentation
in the State of Ohio. Christian Coalition of Ohio has long held the
view
that such experimentation is morally reprehensible, and is urging a NO
vote
on
> Issue One.
>
> Please help us by forwarding this information to family and friends.
>
> The Christian Coalition of Ohio is advocating a NO vote on Issues 1 -
5.
