Fine let her have a new trial. Put the death penalty on the table and go for it.

She drowned her five kids in the bathtub in a small window of opportunity when her husband left and her MIL was away. I couldn't sleep for a long time after I heard about how she chased her 7 year old boy around until she caught him, then drowned him. I read how their bruises were so bad from struggling and hitting the sides and bottom of the bathtub as Ms. Yates held them facedown.

Then, she lined those babies up carefully on her bed after she drowned them.

Give me 5 minutes with this bitch and a bathtub of water. :flame:

I believe she is inelligible for "death" in Texas ....

she is either nuts and will be locked up until she is "OK" and released , or, she serves 5 consecutive life sentences ....

I don't think it will be 5. IIRC she was only charged for the deaths of her 7-year-old son, her 5-year-old son and her 6-month-old daughter in case there was a retrial. She has yet to be charged in the deaths of the two others.

Speaking of baths, somebody needs to lynch Yates with soap-on-a-rope, then remove her head from her shoulders<cite>(special no-cry formula) ®</cite> and finally, beat her with a loofah.

Then, fold bath towels into well spun rat tails, moisten the tips and burn little red V's into her back.
