Earlier this year, the federal government prosecuted Hillary Clinton's campaign finance chairman, David Rosen, for election fraud, in a case based on my "whistle-blowing."
Rosen was not convicted. However, jurors publicly stated that they believed that there had been wrongdoing committed by Hillary Clinton's 2000 Senate Campaign, but they were not convinced that Rosen was behind it. I agree with the jury's conclusion that a "higher up" was involved. I know that "higher up" is Hillary Clinton. I know, because the $1.2 million in-kind contribution that Hillary Clinton hid from the voters of New York and the Federal Election Commission was my personal contribution to her campaign. I know that she caused false statements to be made to the Washington Post, and three fraudulent reports to the Federal Election Commission, in order to hide my identity and the amount that I contributed, in violation of various Federal laws.
Although only David Rosen was criminally prosecuted for her actions, Hillary Clinton is currently a defendant in the first ever civil lawsuit against a Senator and a President for fraud--the historic civil suit I have pending in a California Superior Court. The Clintons conspired to use a business deal that I was negotiating with President Clinton to induce me to become Hillary's largest contributor through three fund-raisers I produced and underwrote. This included the largest fundraising event of her campaign, the Hollywood Gala Farewell Salute to President Clinton, which was the centerpiece of the Rosen criminal trial.
The biggest legal defeat experienced by the Clintons, since Paula Jones won the right to sue a sitting President, has been the validation of my civil fraud suit against both Clintons by the California Supreme Court, when it rejected David Kendall's appeals to throw my case out. On October 14, 2005, a California Court of Appeal again denied a request by Mr. Kendall that Senator Clinton be dismissed as a defendant from the case. Now I am poised to begin discovery and prepare for a trial of both Clintons on the subject that will expose Hillary Clinton's personal misconduct in orchestrating the campaign finance fraud that assured her election to the U.S. Senate. But to continue my fight in this landmark civil fraud action - which will once and for all convict Hillary Clinton in the court of public opinion for her misconduct and doom her chances for election to higher office - I urgently need your help.

The criminal prosecution of Mr. Rosen, discussed above, resulted from a historic civil suit that Mr. Peter Paul, a former Clinton business associate and supporter, filed in Los Angeles County (California) Superior Court against the Clintons for fraud, coercion and conspiracy in connection with almost $2 million he spent at Mr. Clinton's behest.
Peter Paul has demonstrated his courage and tenacity over the last four years in demanding that Hillary Clinton be held accountable for the largest campaign finance fraud ever.
Mr. Paul and his family of five have been threatened, and he has been indicted for actions he took to save his public company after Bill Clinton contributed to its collapse.
In challenging the leadership of the Democratic Party in his claims of corruption and criminal misconduct surrounding his contributions to Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign, he has lost the fortune that he spent a lifetime amassing.
As a result of his singular crusade for accountability, the first-ever indictment of a senator's campaign finance director brought to Senator Clinton's doorstep evidence of criminal misconduct that can be linked to her personally.

After making seven separate proffers to the U.S. Justice Department since March 2001, detailing Hillary Clinton's personal role in Mr. Rosen's criminal misconduct, Mr. Paul was advised that Hillary will not be a "target" for prosecution.
As a result, we believe that the only means of requiring Hillary Clinton to finally testify under oath regarding her role in the election fraud will be in the discovery and trial of Peter Paul's civil fraud case.
This means that Senator Clinton will either have to tell the truth about her involvement in this fraud, commit perjury, or plead the "Fifth Amendment."

The trial of Mr. Rosen was well based in fact and in law. In fact, one of the star witnesses against Mr. Rosen was Senator Ted Kennedy's brother-in-law, Raymond Reggie, a well-known political fund-raiser for the Clintons.
Mr. Raymond became an FBI informant, was wired by the FBI to obtain incriminating statements from Mr. Rosen about his culpability in the crimes alleged against him, and succeeded beyond expectations in obtaining explosive admissions that will be presented in Peter Paul's civil trial.
We believe all of these developments have become a nightmare for Hillary Clinton and her ambitions.

The California Supreme Court refused to grant the Clintons' motion to dismiss them from Paul's fraud case in November, 2004, but they have continued to file motions and appeals to delay this case from going forward.
