Appeals court decision may send case to U.S. Supreme Court

The 9th Circuit makes me want to reconsider my position against wishing a terrorist attack on US soil.
Another reason we need to get Estrada confirmed.

Now WL, I think this is fantastic news! Once again, this will blow-up on the 'Rats and all but grease the skids for the Estrada nomination. Oh, and of course the 'Rats will look like idiots again. Their timing remains incredible.

Well I'm pretty sure the SCOTUS will overturn them. They always do.

The ones that still hate America after 9/11, will not change their views if another attack happened. Those are the ones you could literally call "die hard liberals."
They are liberal right to the bone.

Nah, the dimocrats have been in Hell for some time now, WL; they're into Abyssal real estate these days.
Why dont we all just nuke the 9th circuit court and turn it into a fast food resturaunt?
Then we can give its judges positions as trash pickers along the interstates with the rest of the criminals.

I'm embarrassed and ashamed. I can't even claim I'm surprised. Nothing surprises me about my state.
I'm gonna delete my location from my bio. This is too embarrassing.
When the SCOTUS overturns this, does that mean will we have an "illigitmate" pledge?

Godzilla, I was referring specifically to the 9th as a target.

Big Deal! The ruling only applies to West Coast states like California, Oregon, and Washington. They aren't even part of America anyway. Californians are better off saying their pledge of alliegance to Mexico, and Oregon and Washington ought to affirm their oaths to where they properly belong, Canada and France.

Rig, it affects 9 states and 2 territories. It covers 20% of the U.S. population and 1/3 of the land of the U.S..
WL, if you target the Ninth, which is located in San Francisco, you can say goodbye to me, Best, CAin, Ray, PeteS and a couple others I haven't thought off right off. We'll be dead, unless we're lucky enough to be away at the time.
You see, SF has been named one of the 4 most likely cities to be targeted for a terrorist attack, along with NYC, DC and Chicago, so you might just get your wish.

BTW, there's one helluva lotta ragheads livin' out here - mainly down on the lower SF peninsula in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties - especially Santa Clara.
p.s. It's a nice building. I bin in it.

Click on the /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon8.gif (http://www.democraticunderground.com/duforum/DCForumID60/41783.html) to see the argument that "under God" was not in the Pledge till '54, thus it's certainly not constitutional.

Rig the problem is California does it, oregon imitates it then washington state imitates oregon, monkey see monkey do, We owe allegiance to the monkey see, monkey do society of democratic idiots in these parts.
Ya know wont be long the 9th Court will probably declare being partiotic and flying the American Flag to be unconstitutional.
Then being proud to be an American citizen will go next.
Someone needs to clean these court idjits out, and make the judiciary accountable to the people of America, this was a longstanding argument when the Constitution was being hashed out by our Founding Fathers, they feared an unelected, unaccountable judiciary taking over.
Their fears are now being realized today 200+ years later.
What a shame.
