Now, where does Rush go to get back his reputation?

Wherever the Reputation Restoration store is - he may have to wait in line behind Bush, Frist, Delay and scores of other conservatives that have been smeared.

To the liberal left, it’s not the weight of the evidence but the seriousness of the charge. When you are animated by emotion instead of reason, evidence is irrelevant.

The prosecutor in FloriDUH was on a blatant leftist political witchhunt. He didn't want justice. He wanted to destroy Rush. The assmite should be canned.

And yet THIS is how the MSM is promoting this story:

AOL News - Limbaugh's Doctors Can Be Subpoenaed (http://aolsvc.news.aol.com/news/article.adp?id=20051212214509990008&ncid=NWS00010000000001)

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Dec. 12) - Prosecutors can subpoena Rush Limbaugh's doctors as part an investigation into whether the conservative radio commentator illegally bought painkillers, a judge ruled Monday.
Judge David F. Crow ruled that Florida laws do not prevent doctors from talking with prosecutors if the discussion is relevant to the prosecution of a crime.

The decision gave prosecutors permission to subpoena doctors and their staff, but it also protected confidential material in Limbaugh's medical records.

This was what was on my headline news as I signed on today. They DOWNPLAYED the fact that the prosecutors won't be able to get their hands on Rush's patient records, so they have to UP-PLAY something else so they won't be left with egg on their faces.

Wanna bet someday we'll find out the presecutor in Palm Beach County may have been given a lot of money under the table by the Democratic National Committee and/or rich allies (e.g., George Soros, Peter Lewis, Warren Buffett, Stephen Bing, etc.) to try to stop Rush Limbaugh by any means possible?

Q. What phrase from the prosecutor will you never see in the main stream Press?

A. "The medical records that the State has seized and reviewed now for nearly six months show that Mr. Limbaugh received legitimate medical treatment for legitimate medical reasons. Mr. Limbaugh has not been charged with a crime and he should not be charged."
