The news articles indicate that 99 current Members of Congress, two Governors (former U.S. Represntative Robert Ehrlich, now Governor of Maryland, and Governor Linda Lingle of Hawaii), and the Maryland Republican Party have either stated they would return or donate to charity $927,996.
