Anybody watching this stuff.

Seems like the Dems are trying to trap Alito into making some ridiculous statement that will eliminate him from further consideration.

Kennedy has asked mile long questions about issues which occurred years and years ago.

Biden looks like a slick used car salesman, smiling all the time when he is looking for the opportunity to stab Alito in the Back.

Feingold bringing up issues about Vanguard and conflicts of interest. Which Alito apologized for but was never accused of doing anything wrong.

IT"S OVER ALITO HAS WON!

I'm a doom and gloomer conservative (just ask anyone here), but EVEN I can see Alito is going to win confirmation. It's clear that the Dims are finding their old smears failing - Americans don't believe them anymore. And Alito is running circles around these Jackasses, even getting Biden to apologize.

Democrats are the walking dead on this issue, going through the motions without passion. Playing to the move on crackpots, placating the femi-nazis in the University, stroking the Greens and Anti-Globalists, trying to keep their invites to Hollywood parties...but its over.

Still, a lot predict it will be a party line vote...hope it is, shows how f***ed up they are.

So it get's to the floor, then what? Can they carry a filibuster? I don't think so...too many dims running for re-election in moderate-conservative states to risk it.

But let em try, more ammo for us.

:hahaha:
