FORT LAUDERDALE – Young men armed with baseball bats or sticks attacked three homeless men, killing one and hospitalizing the two others early Thursday morning in the city's downtown and beachside areas, police said.

One of the homeless men died from his injuries around 8 a.m. at Broward General Medical Center. He was identified later as Norris Gaynor, 45. The two other homeless men were listed as serious at the hospital. They were not immediately identified.</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

No, no law. Bums are like rats down here. They hang out all over the place. They crap, OD, sell drugs, buy drugs,get drunk, screw in public all the time. This is a big area for them due to the warm temps in winter.
This happened a few miles from my home. These are all nice areas except for the bums and the punks who frequent them from time to time.
I hope they hang these punks.

Bums are a huge pain in the ass and a huge drain on a towns resources, but that doesn't mean they deserve the death penalty. And make no mistake this was a bunch of punks out for fun and not a vigilante action.

I reserve calling them white punks. They might very well be white punks. But for criminal statistic purposes latino perpetrators are referred to as white but referred to as latino when they are victims.

California runs into that all the time. Particularly with rapists who are routinely called white males, and when they are caught, we find the name is Ernesto Rodriguez.
