In his first ruling, he sided with liberals and "moderates" against the state of Missouri in its efforts to execute a convicted murderer. Yeah, sounds like a far-right justice to me.

They gave up. All their "pressure" didn't work. It hasn't so far, all along the way, and it didn't this time. Makes one wonder why the liberals still keep trying, digging themselves deeper into a hole.

It's odd that the ADA don't update their site once in a while. Their "liberal quotients" for Congresscritters seem to be only up to 2000. I don't think there is much happening over there.

Supposedly, ADA was started by people like Eleanor Roosevelt as a left-leaning non-communist organization. Unfortunately, such a critter doesn't seem to exist anymore--if it ever did in the first place.
