USP, have a good time (not too good, :smirky: ), be careful and be safe, relax and enjoy yourself, and come home rested and refreshed. We'll talk to you when you get back.
Many Blessings,
Hms

No hopes, and that's not what I meant by my reaction ... sorry if that came off as trite. What I meant was, I'm happy you got out and did something nice for yourself, and good company lifts the spirit and warms the soul. I know you didn't ask for it, but my advice? Go to dinner again next week. Never miss an opportunity to cultivate a meaningful relationship (even if it is platonic). http://www.freeconservatives.com/vb/images/icons/icon7.gif

Hehehe thanks Homes... It was a good thing... I hadn't been on a 'date' in soooo long.... It was ackward at first... But then we discussed politics, weather, everything... It was nice to have another human being show some shred of interest in me lol

I'm very happy for you USP, I really am. Like I said, you should always cultivate good relationships. Friendships are a dime a dozen, but a true friend is like a pearl of priceless measure. There doesn't have to be an opportunity for "hooking up" so to speak, and there is a LOT to be said for companionship (it's a lost art, imho). Perhaps it's that I've reached 40 that I see things in a different light. Anyway, I AM glad you had a good time, and I encourage you to do more things such as this -- things that go deeper to the heart than the superficial.
Many Blessings, always

I guess 18 is too young to get married, but I'll be 19 in march and that's really not too young, imo, to start dating....

hahaha I started dating when I was 15... I had liberal parents hehe... But enjoy your youth young man. In today's society, even I'm considered middle aged... How sad is that?
